As the Equality Fund’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist, Erika brings over 15 years of nonprofit experience in evaluation, community-based research, and policy analysis. Across her career, she has focused on nonprofit program delivery as well as immigration, refugee, and settlement issues, particularly among LGBTQI and Francophone communities.
A committed nerd, she is extremely excited to be developing the monitoring, evaluation, and operational systems for the Equality Fund’s grantmaking programs. Erika holds an undergraduate degree in international development from the University of Guelph and a master’s degree in public policy and administration from Ryerson University. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and is happiest when exploring the roads and paths less travelled.
