Erin supports the major gifts portfolio at Equality Fund, including engagement programs such as The Conversation.
After graduating with a degree in both Psychology and Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture, Erin spent a decade working and backpacking across more than 35 countries. These experiences inspired a passion for learning about and contributing to community-led development and human rights.
Erin earned her Master of Arts in International Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies from Universitat Jaume I in Castellón de la Plana, Spain with a focus on the intersections of women, the environment, and community peace. When she moved to Toronto, Erin completed her post-graduate certificate in Fundraising Management from Ryerson University and has been happily contributing to non-profit philanthropy since.
In her spare time, Erin is usually deep in a (non-fiction) book or two. While she loves living in a big city, she escapes when she can to enjoy backcountry camping and hiking. Learning about the world through travel will always be a deep passion of hers.
