Kristina is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer on the Women’s Voice and Leadership — Caribbean project at the Equality Fund. In this role, she is responsible for the MEL components of the WVL project, including developing the Performance Measurement Framework, delivering MEL capacity-building training and documenting learnings and stories of impact from grantee partners.

Instilled with a commitment to service, Tina has led interdisciplinary research and projects on gender, health, and human rights for over 15 years. She has worked with grassroots organizations, the government, and international development partners, including the UN, USAID and the European Union. 

Tina holds a master’s degree in public health and health promotion from the University of the West Indies, Mona and a bachelor’s degree in international development and Spanish from the University of Guelph. Born and raised in Jamaica, Tina has lived in Nicaragua, Barbados, and Mexico and is currently based in Ottawa, Canada. She is co-chair of an early childhood education centre in Jamaica and an aspiring writer working on her grandfather’s memoirs.
