Mallory joined the Equality Fund in July 2019. As Senior Human Resources Officer, she has helped build the Equality Fund’s human resources infrastructure during its growth from 15 to 40 employees, and has led the development and implementation of critical best practices to safeguard against all forms of harm, sexual exploitation, and abuse.
Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a graduate certificate in human resources management. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Prior to joining the Equality Fund, she worked in the private sector where she gained experience in all facets of human resources.
Mallory enjoys working in organizations that require flexibility and creativity, and loves to help staff achieve their goals.
